Key Qualifications:
- Active and valid Occupational Therapist license
- Demonstrated experience working with pediatric populations
- School-based occupational therapy experience is highly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate, design, and implement individualized treatment plans in a school environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to students with a variety of needs, supporting their participation in daily school activities
- Collaborate with teachers and other related service providers to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines
- Conduct assessments and document progress in compliance with all school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
- Educate caregivers, staff, and students to promote understanding of occupational therapy strategies
