Licensed Hairstylist – Commission-Based
Carol Decar Atelier is seeking a talented, passionate, and professional licensed hairstylist to join our growing team. Our luxury salon is dedicated to providing exceptional service, premium products, and a welcoming experience for every guest.
Responsibilities
- Perform haircuts, blowouts, color services, highlights, balayage, and styling
- Provide personalized consultations and recommend professional home care
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Build and retain a loyal clientele
- Collaborate with our team in a positive, professional environment
Qualifications
- Active Connecticut Cosmetology License
- Experience with cutting, coloring, and styling
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, reliable, and motivated to grow
- Existing clientele is a plus but not required
