Princeton Longevity Center is seeking an experienced board-certified radiologist to join our growing preventive imaging team. This is a fully remote, salaried, part-time position interpreting high-quality outpatient MRI and CT examinations with an emphasis on preventive screening.
This position is ideal for a radiologist seeking a flexible, intellectually engaging practice without overnight call, trauma, or hospital responsibilities.

Princeton Longevity Center is one of the nation's premier preventive medicine centers, dedicated to detecting disease before symptoms develop. For nearly 25 years, we have been leaders in comprehensive executive health evaluations, combining advanced imaging with physician-led preventive care.
Unlike traditional radiology practices, our focus is not emergency medicine or inpatient imaging. Our radiologists play a critical role in identifying early signs of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and other chronic illnesses in generally healthy individuals through advanced preventive imaging.
Primary Responsibilities
Interpret advanced preventive imaging studies including:
- Full Body CT and MRI (Chest, Abdomen and Pelvis)
- Brain MRI
- Breast MRI
- Cardiac CT Angiography (CTA)
- Coronary Calcium Scoring
- CT Colonography (Virtual Colonoscopy)
- Low-dose Chest CT
- Other outpatient preventive CT and MRI examinations
Additional responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate, timely interpretations with rapid turnaround
- Collaborating with preventive medicine physicians
- Maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Participating in scheduled vacation and sick-day coverage for the radiology team
Qualifications
Required:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
- Fellowship training preferred (Body Imaging, Cardiovascular Imaging, Breast Imaging, or equivalent experience)
- Strong experience interpreting both CT and MRI
- Experience with Cardiac CTA and CT Colonography is preferred (or willingness to develop expertise)
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative preventive care environment
Licensure Requirements
Candidates must currently hold—or be willing to obtain—medical licenses in the following states:
- New Jersey
- New York
- Connecticut
- Maryland
- Florida
Princeton Longevity Center will assist with obtaining additional state licensure for qualified candidates.
