Yellowstone Landscape is seeking college students and recent graduates to join our Human Resources Internship Program. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting a fast-paced HR team in areas such as workforce support and HR operations within a multi-location organization.
Interns will gain exposure to the day-to-day partnership between HR and Operations while developing professional skills in communication, organization, problem-solving, and team collaboration. This internship will be based in Bunnell, Florida. This is a full-time, paid, temporary position.

What You'll Do:

Assist the Human Resources Team with organizing and digitizing employee documents and records

Scan and upload paper files into electronic filing systems to support record accuracy and accessibility

Help maintain organized, compliant, and up-to-date digital employee files

Support administrative projects and day-to-day HR operations as needed

Gain exposure to other areas of Human Resources, including recruiting, onboarding, employee support, and HR processes

Collaborate with team members across HR and Operations in a professional office environment
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
