We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in Marion, Ohio, who is looking for schedule flexibility, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care in a supportive, team-based environment.
In this role, you’ll care for patients of all ages in an established outpatient practice while working alongside experienced providers and clinical support staff. This position offers a flexible four-day work week, a manageable patient volume, and a rewarding quarterly bonus structure.

Flexible 4-day work week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

No weekend clinic responsibilities

Manageable patient volume of 13–20 patients per day

Build and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families

Base Salary: $120,000 – $145,000+ annually, depending on experience

Requirements:

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner & Active Licensure in OH

Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
