Remote (U.S.) | Field-Based B2B Sales | 1099 Independent Contractor
About the Role
EQTY Investments sells premium on-premise and off-premise LED signage and digital billboards to businesses nationwide. We're looking for an experienced outside sales professional to develop new B2B accounts and grow repeat business within an assigned national territory.
Compensation

10% commission on all closed sales — no cap on earnings

What You'll Do

Identify and cold call new business prospects daily

Conduct face-to-face outside sales visits with B2B decision-makers

Present EQTY's LED sign and billboard solutions using provided sales materials

Build and submit proposals using company templates

Coordinate with our engineering and installation teams through project close

Manage a full sales pipeline across a national territory with a flexible schedule

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of outside B2B sales experience, including cold calling and in-person prospecting

Proven track record of self-generated new business (not inbound/retail)

Comfortable working independently on a 1099/commission structure

Reliable transportation and ability to travel within territory for in-person client visits

Retail or big-box sales experience (e.g., wireless/electronics store sales) does not meet the outside sales requirement
Work Structure
This is a remote, self-directed role — you can be based anywhere in the U.S. — but the job is field-based: you'll be making outside visits and cold calls to prospects in person, not selling from a desk.
