Position Overview:
The Line Cook is responsible for preparing dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards. The ideal candidate works efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen, has strong cooking skills, and pays close attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:

Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.

Ensure that food is cooked to the proper temperature and consistency.

Work on multiple stations, including sauté, grill, and fry, as needed.
Food Safety:

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Keep a clean and organized workspace, including cutting boards, utensils, and cooking surfaces.
Inventory and Supplies:

Monitor ingredient levels and report shortages to the kitchen manager.

Properly store and label food items according to health and safety regulations.
Team Collaboration:

Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure all dishes are prepared and delivered on time.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Line Cook is preferred.
