Triad Machinery is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Service Administrator at our newly completed Sumner, Washington branch.

Job Overview:
- Key support for Service Manager
- Provide information on open service jobs for review by Service Manager daily
- Make corrections or add charges to open service jobs, as needed
- Submit warranty information to Warranty Administrator for filing with manufacturer
- Prepare invoices and expense reports for Accounts Payable
- Ensure mechanic information, driving records, and CDL requirements are up to date
- Process mechanic timecards – verify hours, codes, and job description
- Submit final hours twice monthly to payroll department
Job Qualifications:
- High school degree required; some college coursework preferred
- Ability to organize, multitask and complete work accurately while meeting deadlines
- Proficient use of computer systems- Accounting software, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Mechanical understanding a plus
