We’re Hiring: Content Creator + Front Desk Associate (Part-Time)
We're not looking for an expert. We're looking for a creative individual who knows how to use their tools!
Adlabs Wellness & Performance is a premium wellness clinic in Norman, Oklahoma — and we're hiring a part-time Content Creator + Front Desk Associate to join our team.
This position is two days a week, content creation comes first, and front desk support is second. If you love making things, know your way around Canva, use AI tools to work smarter, and spend more time than you should on Instagram or TikTok — keep reading!
What you'll do:
- Create and schedule content for our social media platforms
- Design graphics and edit short-form video using Canva, CapCut, and AI tools
- Keep our content calendar organized and on track
- Support the front desk — greet clients, answer phones, keep things running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Creative, motivated, and genuinely excited about content
- Comfortable and confident in Canva — clean, polished work matters here
- Familiar with AI tools and how to use them to create better content faster
- Able to edit photos and short-form video — Reels, TikToks, that kind of thing
- Warm and personable — clients will see your face
- Coachable and reliable — we'll invest in you if you invest in the work
- Bonus points if you run your own account or have a portfolio to share
