Job Summary
As a Bobarista/Kitchen Staff, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring every guest's is served quality food and drinks. You’ll bake egg tarts and cookies, and cook our high-quality boba, and prepare snacks and desserts, maintaining our store's cleanliness and operational organization. This role is perfect for someone who loves to bake/cook and can multitask.
Requirements
- TUESDAY/WEDNESDAY AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS IMPORTANT
- MUST HAVE NYC DOHM FOOD PROTECTION LICENSE
- Seeking RESPONSIBLE staff for 20-30 hours a week - with a minimum 1 year commitment (college students must be able to work at least 2-3 days Mondays-Fridays during school year and available on the weekends)
- Must be able to work 20-30 hours per week.
- Strong verbal communication for effective guest and team interactions.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders at once.

- Knowledge of kitchen prep, basic cooking and cleaning preferred.
Responsibilities
- Will be required to learn FOH drinks but mainly BOH kitchen responsibilities.
- Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the YAAAS TEA menu.
- Follow our SOPs diligently for making boba, drinks and bakery goods/desserts.
- Cook boba, prep drink bases and prepare food and baked goods as needed.
- Ensure store cleanliness and orderliness.
- Restock stations for continuous drink production.
- Execute additional tasks as directed by management.
- Efficiently manage kitchen schedules and daily responsibilities.
- Maintain kitchen and store cleanliness.
- Adhere to BOH prep and recipes to uphold our quality standards.
- Implement the FIFO method to maintain freshness.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
