This position offers hourly pay plus bonus opportunities and a structured work schedule with ongoing training and support.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet with prospects and clients to review insurance needs
- Generate new business through calls, referrals, and community involvement
- Maintain relationships with existing clients
- Handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up
- Participate in training, team meetings, and coaching sessions
- Represent the agency professionally in the community when attending events

- Starting pay $18/hour + uncapped bonus opportunities

Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License or Personal Lines License (Required)
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to commute to Warner Robins, GA (Required)
