Erbert & Gerbert's is looking for a dependable, energetic, and motivated Shift Manager to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for helping oversee daily restaurant operations, leading team members, and ensuring every guest receives excellent service.
We're looking for someone who leads by example, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members during each shift.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards are met.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Help train and coach new employees.
- Monitor labor and productivity throughout the shift.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Assist with inventory, prep, and daily restaurant operations.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
