QA Group is seeking skilled and motivated Furniture Upholsterers to join our growing team. We manufacture premium custom furniture for commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and residential clients and are looking for individuals who take pride in craftsmanship and quality.
We welcome experienced upholsterers as well as candidates with some upholstery experience who are eager to learn. Paid training is available for applicants with limited experience and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities
· Upholster custom furniture using fabric, vinyl, leather, and other upholstery materials.
· Install foam, batting, webbing, springs, and upholstery components.
· Perform foam fabrication, trimming, and assembly.
· Read work orders, drawings, and production specifications.
· Use pneumatic and hand upholstery tools safely and efficiently.
· Inspect completed products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience as a Furniture Upholsterer, Upholstery Technician, or Upholstery Installer.
· Experience in Custom Furniture, Marine Upholstery, Automotive Upholstery, RV upholstery, or commercial furniture manufacturing is highly valued.
· Experience with Industrial Sewing equipment is a plus.
· Knowledge of foam cutting, pattern fitting, and Foam Fabrication is preferred.
· Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install upholstery materials.
· Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
· Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
