Sterling Staffing Solutions is currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) with a two (2) years of Home Health experience to join our growing Home Health team serving Houston, TX, and the surrounding communities.

Position Details
- Location: Houston, TX & Surrounding Areas
- Setting: Home Health
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
- Schedule: PRN Per Visit
- Availability: 1–8 visits per week (or more)
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
Compensation
- $40 per visit
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mile for travel exceeding 20 miles
Requirements:
Active Texas LVN License
Minimum of 2 years of Home Health experience (Required)
Experience with Kinnser/WellSky EMR is preferred (training can be provided)
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
- Complete patient assessments and monitor health status.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and medications.
- Accurately document patient visits and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team.
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations.
