As a Sales Representative, you'll connect with customers, educate them on reliable home improvement solutions, and provide personalized recommendations that make a real difference. We provide comprehensive training and a clear path for professional growth—no extensive sales experience required.
What You'll Do as a Sales Representative:
- Meet with homeowners to understand their home improvement needs and provide customized solutions
- Educate customers on product features, installation benefits, and long-term value through engaging consultations
- Build trust by offering honest recommendations and creating a customer-first buying experience
- Follow up with qualified leads, answer customer questions, and guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activity
- Partner with colleagues to achieve team objectives while maintaining high standards of professionalism
- Expand your expertise through ongoing product training, mentorship, and leadership development
- Hit all individual and Sales Representative team KPI goals each week and month
What We're Looking For in a Sales Representative:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills are a must!
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Previous sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
