Caviness, Straub & Associates is a high-performing residential real estate team serving Silicon Valley homeowners. We specialize in helping sellers maximize the value of their homes through strategic preparation, thoughtful marketing, and exceptional client service.
We're looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Content Coordinator to own the execution of our marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of marketing—from writing email campaigns and updating websites to designing print materials, producing social media content, and helping tell the stories behind our listings.
Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in how our company and our listings are presented to the public.
ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing
- Create and distribute email marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update company and property websites
- Build listing landing pages
- Write and edit website, email, and marketing copy
- Coordinate marketing campaigns from listing launch through closing
- Assist with SEO and website content updates
Print & Graphic Design
- Design property brochures, flyers, postcards, and presentation materials
- Create social media graphics and digital advertisements
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials
Content Creation & Social Media
- Capture photography and video of listings, projects, and team activities
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Schedule and publish social media content
- Help develop engaging content that showcases our listings, market knowledge, and client experience
Marketing Operations
- Organize marketing assets including photos, videos, and design files
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and other marketing vendors
- Assist with special projects, events, and client appreciation campaigns
- Monitor marketing performance and suggest improvements

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Strong writing and copyediting skills
- Experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Experience updating websites (WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow, or similar)
- Experience managing social media accounts
- Basic photography and video editing experience
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist with content creation
- Real estate marketing experience is a plus but not required
