Requirements:
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or CNA accepted.
Montana (MT) State License is required.
BLS Certification (AHA) required.
Float Pool position.
Strong de-escalation skills are required.
Experience working in Adult Psychiatric/Mental Health facilities is required.
Minimum Experience Requirements:
1–2 years of travel experience required.
2+ years of direct Mental Health/Psychiatric experience in a state hospital or dedicated behavioral health facility.
Candidates with Geriatric experience only (nursing homes/long-term care) must have 5+ years of experience.
Candidates with Emergency Department (ER) or Urgent Care backgrounds must have 4+ years of relevant experience.
Pay: $1,350.65 - $1,450.49 per week
Experience:
- Behavioral or CNA in Phych : 3 years (Required)
- In Phych : 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- CNA license or BHT certificate (Required)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- CPI Certification (Preferred)
