Position Summary
We are seeking Flooring Installer with 5 or more years of flooring installation experience. The ideal candidates will be skilled in installing carpet, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and tile in residential and/or commercial spaces. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately measure, cut, and install flooring materials
- Prepare subfloors and work areas prior to installation
- Install trims, transitions, and moldings according to specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients as needed
- Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting flooring materials and tool
Qualifications
- 5+ years of flooring installation experience (carpet, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, tile)
- Ability to read and interpret installation instructions and layouts
- Physically able to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
