A new Jimmy John’s location is coming to Charlottesville, and we’re building our leadership team!
We’re looking for goal-oriented, positive, and motivated Team Leaders or Managers who are ready to help build an amazing team and create a great experience for both our customers and employees.
You don’t need years of restaurant or leadership experience to be successful here. If you’re coachable, confident, willing to learn, and genuinely enjoy helping people succeed, we want to hear from you!
