We are hiring for a Project Manager with a specialization in concrete to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This role is perfect for a professional who is passionate about driving project success from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a variety of construction projects, with a focus on Core and Shell, Concrete Slab, Structural Cast, and Cast In Place elements.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire life cycle of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to project execution and closing.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.

Develop comprehensive project plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Effectively manage and report on the project Profit and Loss (P&L), ensuring the financial performance aligns with the company's goals.

Lead the procurement process, ensuring all materials and services are secured in a cost-effective and timely manner.

Prepare and review project submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Implement and maintain rigorous cost control measures, ensuring the project stays within the budget.

Prepare and present regular project updates and reviews to senior management.

Conduct negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to secure advantageous terms.

Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management within the Construction industry.

Proven experience in managing commercial and/or industrial projects with an emphasis on concrete.

Experience in government projects will be an added advantage.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Excellent project planning and organizational skills.

Proficient in project tracking, budgeting, cost control, and financial management.

Familiarity with Work in Progress (WIP) reporting.

Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts.

Strong knowledge of construction procurement processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required.

PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
