Primary Duties:
The ARMHS Clinical Supervisor at Maverick Mental Health will work closely with the Program Director to oversee the operations of our ARMHS program. This role involves guiding program implementation, monitoring the quality and effectiveness of services, and supporting and supervising our team of Mental Health Practitioners. The Clinical Supervisor will supervise clinical trainees and Mental Health Practitioners (MHPs), conduct Diagnostic Assessments and other assessments to onboard clients, and oversee the completion of necessary reports to the Department of Human Services (DHS).
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing Electronic Health Records (EHR) and supporting practitioners in maintaining high standards in clinical documentation.
Ensuring that program policies, procedures, and operations comply fully and consistently with licensing, regulatory, and contract requirements.
Collaborating with the Executive Director in hiring staff, conducting annual performance reviews, and fostering a strong, integrated team approach.
Required Experience/Qualifications:
Licensure: LICSW, LP, LMFT, or LPCC license required.
Training: Completion of ARMHS Clinical Training administered by DHS.
Cultural Competency: Demonstrated cultural self-awareness and a commitment to reflective practice concerning diversity and difference.
Skills:
Strong clinical knowledge, excellent written and oral communication skills.
Transportation: Reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record, and proof of insurance.
