Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of power electronics experience.
Expertise in DC-DC converters, power modules, PMICs, switching power supplies, and control loop design.
Hands-on hardware design, testing, debugging, and system-level power architecture experience.
Customer-facing applications, systems, or technical marketing experience with strong communication skills.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing technical decisions.
Knowledge of AI/data center, networking, industrial, or automotive power systems.
Semiconductor industry experience, including advanced power modules, thermal design, and industry standards (PMBus, OCP, AEC-Q), is preferred.
Experience supporting Tier-1 or hyperscale customers with strong business and market understanding is a plus.
