We’re looking for a dependable, energetic Shift Lead to join our fast-paced specialty sub shop. We serve high-quality sandwiches along with a unique selection of craft bottled sodas and focus on great food, friendly service, and a fun atmosphere.
The Shift Lead will work alongside the team while helping keep each shift running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Lead during assigned shifts
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Prepare sandwiches and assist with daily food service
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handle opening and closing responsibilities
- Solve problems and keep service moving during busy periods
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, positive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable taking the lead when needed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Food service or retail experience preferred
