Part Time Cleaner

Position Available: Part Time Cleaning Member works up 2 DAYS PER WEEK with 1.5 - 2 hours per day. The schedule for this position is team cleaning on Tuesday and Thursday in the morning.
Office location:
- 2 days per week
- 1.5- 3 hours per day
- Cleaning before 12 pm
Option B - On Call Staff; as needed basis.
- Mon - Sat. Varies per site location
- Cleaning usually after 6 pm

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and Duties
- Cleaning offices
- Entranceway/Lobby
- Use approved methods and materials in cleaning and caring for assigned facility
- Removing trash and replacing trash can liners
- Sweep and mop hard floors in building (or using auto scrubber)
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Must be available Monday -Friday after 6 pm
- 1 - 2 years custodial/ janitorial experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to follow basic verbal and written instructions
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must have reliable transportation
We are seeking a Cleaner to join our team and help maintain the cleanliness of a office. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the office, including restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing a clean and safe environment are essential for this position.

- Vacuum carpets and upholstery.
- Dust furniture and fixtures.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
- Sweep, mop, and wax floors.
- Clean walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
