Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor

Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and risk management across projects

Drive preconstruction strategy, including estimating and value engineering input

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards

Contribute to business development efforts and repeat client work
