Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper disposal of waste.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as bussing tables or organizing supplies when needed.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by ensuring all items are available and ready for use.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards across the kitchen area.
- Help with light cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to promote a tidy environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during meal service and catering events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of food handling safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing supplies.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to kitchen operations and food safety standards.
