General Manager – Jimmy John’s (South Florida)
We’re looking for a strong leader to run one of our Jimmy John’s locations.
As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for your store’s team, operations, and overall performance — with the support of a larger leadership team behind you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop your team
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth, efficient shifts
- Manage scheduling, hiring, and team performance
- Maintain high standards for speed, quality, and cleanliness
- Drive sales and control costs (labor & food)
What We’re Looking For
- Management experience (restaurant experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Someone dependable who takes ownership of their store
- Ability to stay organized and perform in a fast-paced environment
Schedule Expectations
- Average ~50 hours per week
- Primarily Monday–Friday schedule
- Weekend availability as needed based on business needs
Compensation & Benefits
- $47,000 base salary + performance bonus
- Total compensation: $50,000 – $55,000
- Paid Time Off (2 weeks)
