Job Summary

Duties
- Set up and operate screen printing presses equipment with precision and efficiency
- Interpret production documents, layout designs, and prepress software instructions to ensure accurate reproduction of artwork
- Manage color calibration and color management processes to achieve consistent color fidelity across all prints
- Adjust industrial equipment and mechanical components to optimize print quality and machine performance
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process, identifying and resolving issues promptly
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on printing machinery to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software to prepare files for production
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating screen printing presses within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of color management techniques and graphic design principles
- Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment adjustment, machining, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with print advertising concepts and layout design
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the production cycle
- Technical proficiency in operating press machinery safely and efficiently
