The General Utility Worker serves as an assistant and apprentice to yard operations at all times. Their work involves learning about the pipe yard business along with handling basic but critical work such as observing operations to ensure overall safety and being trained to accept additional and more complex responsibilities as they grow in the business. Utility Workers are trained to blast, paint, De-dent and otherwise process pipe to customer specifications while learning about logistics.
