Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Perform concrete setting and forming with precision and attention to detail
- Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely to support various construction activities
- Install foundations and rebar and perform concrete finishing to meet project specifications and quality standards
Skills and Qualifications
- Able to stand / walk up to 10 hours per shift
- Able to learn on the job and follow directions
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Background in construction is preferred
- Experience in concrete construction is preferred
Experience
- 2+ years proven experience in construction site environments, a focus on rough carpentry is a plus (MUST SHOW ON YOUR RESUME)
- Experience in deck and house framing is a plus
- Hands-on knowledge of concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools and heavy machinery safely and effectively
- Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings for accurate project execution
- Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly while maintaining safety standards
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from the company shop / job site
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Ability to work 50+ hours per week, Monday- Friday
