We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Food & Beverage Hospitality Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is primarily focused on managing guest-related issues within the dining room, serving as a vital link between guests and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless dining experience by addressing guest needs, coordinating with kitchen personnel, and overseeing buffet replenishment.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests in the dining room, addressing inquiries, concerns, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy. Ensure a positive dining experience and respond promptly to any guest-related issues.-
Liaison with Kitchen Staff: Communicate effectively with kitchen personnel , ensuring that all meal services align with guest expectations and dietary needs.-
Buffet Management: Oversee the buffet line, ensuring that all food items are adequately stocked and presented. Refill buffet items as needed, including hot and cold dishes, salads, and condiments to maintain quality and freshness.-
Beverage Service: Monitor and replenish coffee, juices, sodas, and other beverages throughout meal service. Ensure that beverage stations remain well-stocked and clean.-
Service for Dignitaries: Provide exceptional service to high-profile guests or dignitaries, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost attention to detail and discretion.-
Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the F&B team to coordinate meal service logistics, including setup, execution, and breakdown of dining events. Assist in planning and executing special events and banquets as required.-
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality coordination, ideally within a dining or event setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
-Ability to work evenings, weekends, to include Sundays, and Holidays as necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
