Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems according to blueprints and schematics
- Support pipe threading, pipe fitting, and pipe installation tasks on construction sites
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment safely under supervision
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and building codes to ensure compliance
- Maintain safety protocols at all times, including power tool safety and site safety procedures
- Help with remodeling projects, system troubleshooting, and routine plumbing system maintenance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met while adhering to quality standards
Qualifications
- Construction experience or background in construction plumbing preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading, and basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing systems, HVAC components, or carpentry is a plus
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and proper use of safety equipment during field service activities
- Customer service mindset when interacting with clients or site visitors during project support
- Prior experience with welding or handyman tasks is advantageous but not mandatory
