COMMERCIAL PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT: Southwood Building Systems, Inc. is seeking individual with minimum 5 years’ experience to manage commercial building projects. Heavy emphasis on K-12 school construction. Having strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and conflict management skills. Responsibilities as a site supervisor will include: site supervision, managing schedule, reviewing subcontracts and purchase orders, reviewing submittals, coordination with other disciplines on site, jobsite safety, enforcement of OSHA rules, enforcing strict quality control and ensuring project is being built according to plans, specifications.
