<p>Job Title: Paralegal
Location: Glendora, CA (onsite)
Hours: 8am - 5pm
Pay rate: $50,000 - $75,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve records via authorizations and subpoenas
- Prepare medical chronologies and damage analysis tables
- Support fast-paced arbitration cases from start to finish
- Work with defense experts and conduct fact investigations
- Collaborate closely with a team of five paralegals and the broader legal team
Requirements
- 2–5 years of defense litigation experience — required
- Proven ability to retrieve records via authorizations and subpoenas
- Experience creating medical chronologies and damage analysis tables
- Ability to work with defense experts and conduct fact investigations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
