Do you love wine, hospitality, and connecting with people? Suhru & Lieb Vineyards is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tasting Room Associates to join our growing team on the North Fork. We’re passionate about wine and creating memorable guest experiences—and we want you to be part of it!
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Lead table-side wine tastings and share knowledge of our wines, winemaking process, and region.
- Complete wine sales, bottle service, and transactions.
- Promote Wine Club memberships and special offerings.
- Support daily operations, including stocking, cleaning, setup, and closing duties.
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, reliable, and committed to excellent hospitality.
- Prior tasting room, wine, or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable discussing wine and eager to learn.
- Must be 21+ and available to work weekends and holidays (weekday shifts also available).
Physical Requirements:
- Able to stand/walk for up to 7 hours.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs (a case of wine).

Experience:
- Wine Tasting Room: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service / Hospitality: 2 years (Required)
- Sales : 1 year (Preferred)
- Wine/Hospitality/Restaurant: 1 year (Required)
