We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Position Summary
As a Project Coordinator, you will oversee customer projects from quotation through final delivery. You will work closely with customers, our sales team, logistics department, and our sourcing team in China to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and within company objectives.
Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Roles/Responsibility:
- Partner with assigned Sales Representatives to manage new and existing customer projects.
- Request quotations from vendors and prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Analyze pricing, margins, and project risks while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Provide outstanding customer service through timely email and phone communication.
- Understand customer requirements and accurately translate them into purchase orders and production specifications.
- Prepare and maintain quotation estimates using Microsoft Excel and the company's CRM system.
- Process customer orders and vendor purchase orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Monitor project progress from initial quote through production, shipping, and final delivery.
- Perform purchase order and product-level reconciliations to ensure accurate customer billing.
- Identify potential quality control or production issues and escalate concerns to management.
- Coordinate daily with internal departments and overseas sourcing partners to ensure projects remain on schedule.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred (not required)
- 1–2 years of experience in quoting, estimating, project coordination, purchasing, or project management preferred (not required)
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or a related field, or currently pursuing a college degree
