Maintenance Technician
399-Unit Residential Community – Clearwater, FL
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at a 399-unit residential community in Clearwater, Florida. This full-time position offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits, and opportunities for long-term growth. Compensation & Incentives
- Competitive salary based on experience (negotiable)
- $500 sign-on bonus after six months of employment
- Quarterly performance bonuses following the probationary period

Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- One-hour lunch break
- Participation in an emergency on-call rotation is required
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare apartment homes for resident move-ins, including make-ready and punch-out work
- Perform maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance in occupied apartment homes
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor and collaborate effectively with team members
- Complete assigned work orders accurately, efficiently, and to company standards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, including emergency service calls during on-call rotations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications
- HVAC Universal EPA Certification required
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general carpentry
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
