This is a part-time , flexible (a 1099 contractor role) for a Real Estate Photographer/Videographer located in the Denver Metropolitan Area. Works great if you already have another income source or job with variable hours and are looking to expand your creativity and have some fun capturing amazing homes in and around the Denver area. The role involves capturing high-quality photographs and videos of real estate properties, utilizing advanced equipment to showcase properties in their best light, end of day initial edits and upload to our inhouse editing team. Leave the hard part to our talented team of editors who will finalize the product.
- Must be willing to travel to multiple locations on a given day (pull up a book or your favorite tunes).

- Time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines effectively and ability to be flexible due to weather and client needs.
- Strong communication and client interaction skills, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Ability to adapt to client preferences and deliver tailor-made visual content.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for traveling to various property locations.
- Comfortable driving daily and being on your feet.
- Experience in real estate photography or a related field is not necessary.
- Reliable home internet for daily uploads of content is required.
- Availability-Ideally available 2-4 days a week (Mon-Fri) during business hours, 9-5pm
