**Working hours and schedule are flexible between 8:00am-7:00pm MST (10:00am-9:00pm EST) to support ICR AZ, CA, and CO business hours.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to be responsible for selecting and purchasing quality products for our business. Responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, quality assurance and liaising with program teams and management. Top candidates will be analytically minded and possess excellent negotiating skills to secure the best prices according to budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
- Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
- Critical thinking and organization skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance with SSBI.
- Experience with FAR and DFAR procurement preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Process requisitions and update management on status of orders.
- Build relationships with suppliers and negotiate best pricing.
- Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and apply this knowledge to make insightful buying decisions.
- Coordinate with program teams and management as required.
- Assess quality of stock received and escalate any discrepancies to suppliers and management.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $110,000 (experience dependent)
