Truck Driver Recruiting/DOT Compliance Manager - Transportation
Trucking and Logistics Company in business since 1929 is seeking a qualified and professional Trucking and Logistics Driver Recruiting/Retention Manager.
Our Company and Drivers work with many Fortune 500 companies in the Regional Northeast United States Market.
The proper candidate should have at least 12 months true Trucking and Logistics Driver Recruiting experience within a D.O.T./FMCSA atmosphere or similar experience.
* Knowledge of multifaceted marketing advertising (including multiple forms of social media, phone, newspapers and personal interaction).
*Excellent Phone and Personal Communication Skills and Ability to handle multiple tasks in a high-paced environment are a must.
*The selected candidate will be expected to handle the Driver Recruitment, On-boarding, Background Verifications and Retention process and report results to the Company President.
A Qualified Candidate is expected to bring the following:
** Social Media Skills ** Ability to Travel (when needed)
** Excellent Phone Communication Skills
** Excellent Personal Communication Skills
** Knowledge of the Transportation Industry
** Ability to Implement Processes.
** Creative Writing Skills.
** Ability to Create and Improve Driver Orientation Processes.
** CDL "A" License Preferred.
