## Job Summary
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage project schedules effectively.
## Duties
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate project execution
- Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety standards on-site
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking
- Schedule project tasks and ensure timely completion
## Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading for construction projects
- Strong budgeting skills to manage project finances effectively
- Experience in supervising construction teams and subcontractors
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Familiarity with project scheduling software
- Ability to use an ohmmeter for electrical system testing
- Background in construction a must

Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
