Position Summary
Live Oak Endodontics is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Full-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our specialty dental practice in Savannah, Georgia. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while helping create a welcoming, efficient, and positive experience for every patient.
This role is essential to the success of the practice and requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Prior dental experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and collecting payment
- Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Obtain necessary patient information accurately
- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage patient paperwork and update electronic records
- Coordinate communication between patients, referring offices, and clinical staff
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with treatment coordination and patient follow-up as needed
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
Qualifications
- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Experience with dental software and electronic scheduling systems preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced specialty practice
- Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-focused
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday (Some flexibility. 40 hrs per week max workweek)
