Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating a Mazak Integrex 200 (Matrix Control) as well as other CNC machines and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. Tool making and prototype machining are a plus
Job Summary
- CNC operation for 3,4 and 5 axis machines
- Read and analyze blueprints.
- Execute completion of CNC procedures in a manner that meets company and customer requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely and communicate with other departments.
- Enforce and adhere to company operational and safety policies.
- Development and execute protocols and procedures for set up and operation for CNC Department.

Time Recording and Router Sign Off
- Completion of CNC operation to part specifications
- Operation of multiple machines if needed.
- Understand and edit G-code programming.
- Part set up standard operating procedures.
- Cutting tool and insert set up and operation.
- CNC machine daily maintenance and cleaning
- Use of measuring tools and gages to verify part compliance for next operation.
- Ensure a clean and organized manufacturing workspace
- Corrective actions for any misses specific to CNC operation, CNC programming and part routing
- Some travel if needed
- Work from Office: 6:30am to 3:00pm (daily)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
