We are seeking a talented individual, fluent in English and Spanish, to play a key role in coordinating patient care and enhancing overall satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Patient Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for patients and their families, providing a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling efficiency. Assist with patient onboarding and check-in processes to maintain a smooth workflow.
Communication and Translation: Communicate information effectively in both English and Spanishto minimize language gaps and enhance patient understanding. Includes in-person, phone, and electronic (email/fax) communication.
Collaboration: Coordinate with doctors, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and patient-focused approach to care.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
