You don’t need years of experience—what matters most is your ability to stay calm under pressure, learn fast, and deliver helpful, friendly support through chat, email, and phone.
Salary starts at $29 per hour
Respond promptly to support requests via chat, email, and phone
Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through solutions clearly and effectively
Log interactions and updates accurately in our support system (e.g. Zendesk)
Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate teams and follow up as needed
Work with teammates to identify and fix recurring issues
Share customer insights to help improve our products and services
Maintain a professional and positive attitude in every interaction
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable learning new software platforms and tools
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Able to handle pressure and problem-solve in real time
