Job Overview

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance, including lawn care, gardening, pruning, planting, and irrigation system installation and repair
- Lead landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and specifications
- Oversee tree care operations such as trimming, removal, and health assessments to promote healthy growth
- Manage construction activities related to landscape installations, hardscaping, and site improvements
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during operations
- Provide guidance on horticulture best practices and maintain high-quality standards across all work sites
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, tools, and work sites to ensure proper maintenance and safety compliance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, or related fields with a strong background in lawn care, gardening, or horticulture
- Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor or construction environments
- Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care techniques, and general landscape construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance equipment and tools; ability to perform basic repairs when needed
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, team members, and vendors
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
