We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to greet guests arriving in the office at the front desk, oversee daily office operations and provide exceptional customer service to our selected major accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
- Manage and coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Serve as a point of of contact for major accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Oversee administrative tasks and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to support smooth operations.
- Greet guests arriving in the office.
- Order lunch for meetings.
- Order items for company office gatherings and assist with planning events.
- Maintain a tidy showroom, break room and restock restroom.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of account-related matters.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Strong customer service skills, particularly in managing relationships with major accounts.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
We offer a negotiable salary between $48,000-$55,000 plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, pto, paid holidays, long and short term disability, life insurance, 401k with a company match, a state of the art office building with a lounge, onsite gym and underground parking.
