Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: West Virginia
Contract Type: Travel Contract Assignment
Travel Pay Rate: $60/hr
Travel Pay Information
- $60/hr Travel Rate for candidates residing more than 50 miles from the facility.
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are considered local candidates and will be offered a different local pay rate.
Schedule
- Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
- 1st Weekend: Day Shift
- 2nd Weekend: Night Shift
- Rotating weekend schedule.
LTC Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted RN License.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Previous LTC experience preferred.
- Ability to work the required rotating schedule.
- Must meet all facility credentialing requirements.
