Tall Oaks is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our senior living community in Reston, Virginia.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents
- Administer medications, treatments, and wound care
- Supervise CNAs and Medication Aides/Technicians
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the Director of Nursing
- Maintain accurate documentation and resident records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
- Support residents, families, and team members with professionalism and compassion
- Participate in staff training and continuing education
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
