Dental Office Manager in Training (Full-Time)
** Travel Required: Canton, Livonia, Farmington & Trenton, MI
Are you an experienced dental professional looking to take the next step in your leadership career? We are seeking a Dental Office Manager in Training to support multiple locations while developing the skills needed to successfully manage a dental practice.
This full-time position is ideal for someone with a strong background in dental office operations who is ready to grow into a leadership role within a multi-location organization.
Compensation
$20–$30 per hour, based on experience
Schedule
- Full-time
- Includes Saturdays
- Travel between West Side locations required
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across multiple dental offices
- Assist with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and collections
- Ensure exceptional patient service and office efficiency
- Train alongside experienced leaders in office management functions
- Monitor office performance and assist with team development
- Support staffing, scheduling, and operational initiatives
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
✔ Minimum 5 years of dental office experience required
✔ Prior dental leadership, supervisory, or office management experience preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, scheduling, and collections
✔ Excellent communication and organizational skills
✔ Ability to adapt quickly to different office environments and teams
✔ Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to Canton, Livonia, Farmington, and Trenton
